A few weeks ago i thought i would try the master cleanse which entails me not eating anything for 3 weeks. I thought this threw and researched for hours and i really thought i could change my life in 21 days. As the weeks went by i was eating less and excersizing more to prepare myself. Then i went to camp and stated eating regular amounts of food and didnt excersize. Then i got sick and started eating lots of sugars but about 5 days ago i weighed myself and i stayed the same from when i left. For some reason this gave me the confidence to keep eating. I dont know what i weight now but im sure i have gained at least a couple pounds. The master cleanse is a stupid idea and i dont want to do it anymore...yet i still want to lose 20 pounds. What i want to do is try to make an everyday meal plan and stick to it (and actually tell my mom about it) I think im gonna do a bit more research but what im thinking about doing is eating lentil soup everyday for dinner (CRAZY i know... but i love it!) and having an egg for breakfast and spinich salad for lunch. For snacks i want to be eating almonds and fruit/veggies.I want to have one day a week that i can cheat and im thinking it will probably be saturday. Im also wanting to force myself to go to the gym twice a week and do at home excersize every morning and night.
